-An introductory meeting with the seller, where the information required in order to prepare the ad is obtained, so as to ensure that it personally suits the client’s needs.

-Photographs of the property taken by a professional photographer. This includes both a large number of still photographs and an edited video.

-Preparation and formulation of a professional ad personally tailored to the client. This ad contains detailed information about the property, including elements such as proximity to educational and religious institutions, recreation centers, beaches, access to highways, etc.

-Translation of the ad into two additional languages - English and French, in order to offer the property to foreign residents.

-Promotion of the website through various other websites in Israel and abroad.

-Obtainment of the client’s approval of the ad’s final configuration and uploading the ad onto the website following the client’s review.

-Once the ad is approved and posted, the client is provided with the “raw materials” – the photographs, edited video clip and formulated ad – in order to enable their usage for other purposes if he/she so wishes.

-The Step inside company will handle everything – the ad, additional services, content to be uploaded, updating the information as needed, etc. – without any need for the client’s involvement.
